By creating an account on Site123Go.com, you accept the terms below. They describe what we provide and what we expect from you.
Site123Go.com lets you build, publish and host a website, with optional modules (shop, appointments, reviews, etc.). The service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a contract. If you open an account for a business or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. Hosting is billed by subscription (monthly or yearly), renewed automatically until cancelled. A failed payment may lead to the site being suspended. You can cancel at any time and access stays active until the end of the period already paid; started periods are not refunded.
A domain bought or transferred through the platform is registered in your name with our registrar (DNSimple), using the contact details you provide. Domain registration is final: its cost is not refundable once the operation has gone through at the registrar.
The content you publish remains yours. You are responsible for its legality and for holding the rights needed to publish it. We may suspend a site whose content is clearly illegal or used to harm others. You are also responsible toward your site's visitors, including their information and your own terms and privacy policy.
You agree not to use the platform for: illegal, fraudulent, hateful or defamatory content, or child sexual abuse material; sending spam; hosting malware or phishing pages; infringing others' rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy); or anything that harms our servers. We may suspend a site that breaks these rules without notice.
Some tools use artificial intelligence to help you write or translate. Their suggestions may contain errors: review and approve them before publishing. You remain responsible for the final content.
The photos offered with your site come from a shared library, created with artificial intelligence. You may use them on the site you run with us, for as long as your subscription is active. These images are not reserved for you: the same photo may appear on another client's site, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity. Because they are generated by artificial intelligence, they are not protected by copyright — neither yours nor ours. If you need images that belong to you alone, upload your own photos: those remain yours.
The platform, its software, templates and themes belong to us (or to our suppliers). Your subscription grants you the right to use them to build and run your site, without transferring ownership to you. The content you add remains yours.
If you sell products or services from your site, you alone are responsible for your prices, delivery, customer service, and for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes. We provide the tool; we are not a party to your sales.
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Always keep your own copy of your content: we cannot be held responsible for data loss.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us over the past twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, goodwill or data). You remain responsible for your content and will hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from it. Nothing here removes the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
You may stop using the service at any time. Write to us to cancel a subscription or have your account deleted. After deletion, the site content can no longer be recovered — keep your own copy.
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, breach of these terms, or use that harms other users or our servers. Where possible, we notify you first.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. The update date appears at the top of the page and significant changes will be flagged to you. By continuing to use the service, you accept the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute falls under the courts of Quebec.
