By creating an account on Site123Go.com, you accept the terms below. They describe what we provide and what we expect from you.
Site123Go.com lets you build, publish and host a website, with optional modules (shop, appointments, reviews, etc.). The service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. Hosting is billed by subscription (monthly or yearly), renewed automatically until cancelled. A failed payment may lead to the site being suspended.
A domain bought or transferred through the platform is registered in your name with our registrar (DNSimple), using the contact details you provide. Domain registration is final: its cost is not refundable once the operation has gone through at the registrar.
The content you publish remains yours. You are responsible for its legality and for holding the rights needed to publish it. We may suspend a site whose content is clearly illegal or used to harm others.
You may stop using the service at any time. Write to us to cancel a subscription or have your account deleted. After deletion, the site content can no longer be recovered — keep your own copy.
