Toilettage Museau-Doux has been grooming dogs and cats since 2018. In the salon, there is one groomer, alone.
There is one thing we always say frankly: when the fur is too tangled, detangling hurts and takes hours. We then suggest a shorter cut than what was planned. This is not the answer people hope for, but it is the one that respects the animal.
We receive one animal at a time, and drying is done by hand: no animal spends the afternoon in a cage, and none undergoes a cage dryer.
The salon is run by a person trained in animal grooming, and the products used are fragrance-free: many itches come from the shampoo, not from the skin.
