Pollen and Chalk Florist has been composing bouquets since 2009. In the workshop, there are three florists.
There is one detail we are quite proud of: what remains from the beginning of the week goes out as the daily bouquet at a reduced price rather than in the trash. A three-day-old flower is still a beautiful flower, and someone will be happy to receive it.
We source several times a week rather than just once, and we buy from local producers whenever the season allows.
An order placed before mid-afternoon is delivered the same day. If a bouquet doesn't last a few days, we remake it.
