Making wine in Quebec is not just making French wine late. The climate dictates its grape varieties, and the result doesn't have to resemble anything else: this is what we explain during the tour, a glass in hand.

The guided tour goes through the vines and the cellar, ending with a commented tasting. The terrace remains open afterwards, with no set hours.
The vineyard holds the necessary permits for tasting, alcohol sales, and on-site food service.
