A successful mandate is recognized by one thing: you no longer need us at the end. We therefore leave behind a usable document — the written procedure, the schedule, the assembled file — rather than a dependency that renews itself.
The first meeting is free and serves to determine if we are useful to you. Then, at an hourly rate or a flat fee: the price is agreed upon before the mandate begins.
The team comes from SMEs rather than consulting: we have held the positions we are here to assist with. And each mandate ends with a document that you keep, usable without us.
