Café Grain d'Aube has been around since 2016. It is a neighborhood café run by six people.
The place has a history: it used to be a hardware store, and we kept the floors rather than renovating everything. We added an espresso machine, tables large enough to work at, and the smell of the oven in the morning.
We roast our coffee ourselves, in small batches, and we change batches several times a year.
The establishment holds its permit from MAPAQ and its kitchen staff has undergone training in food hygiene and safety.
